Great service! the staff was always helpful and attentive. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. They offer a shuttle bus every 30 minutes from and to the beach. the room was spacious and had everything needed. the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable.
The gym could use an update. the equipment was old, and the air conditioning was not functioning correctly.

This hotel offers a great location near the beach and close to everything Sanya has to offer. Although some high towers block the sea view, the room is big, clean and it has a safe. the staff is really friendly and helpful, trying their best to communicate in English. Breakfast is fresh and rich in Asian varieties. For those who enjoy a private beach, the hotel has one.
There is only one negative aspect about this hotel, which is the need for improvement in managing the private beach chairs, to make sure guests have an easier time finding free seats.

During my Easter vacation, I had a great stay at a hotel located near popular tourist attractions and city central. It was conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you to different tourist spots. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the beach every 30 minutes, which was a plus. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the breakfast had a variety of Chinese and Western food options.
